Invoicing Once we receive your order we will send you an invoice with details of exactly what you ordered, the total weight of the order and shipping charges based on the weight. We will also give you an estimate of how long your order should take to fill. If we have the stock, we will ship immediately but if we need to make soap to fill your order, it may take a few days before we ship, but wewill let you know at the time of invoicing.

Payment The invoice will give you complete details of how to pay. We accept secure online credit card payment via PayPal (an eBay company) or by personal check drawn on a U.S. bank account. If you choose to pay by check we will ship once the check has cleared.

Delivery

The cost will be based on the weight of your order and your invoice will itemize delivery charges. Products are shipped via USPS. International orders will be shipped by United States Postal Service Airmail, which usually takes 4-7 days.

If you have a Chapel Hill zip code we can arrange for your order to be hand-delivered, for a flat fee of $10.00 or you are welcome to stop by and pick up your order in person.
